The piercer I use in Chicago recommends cleaning new piercings with Provon Antimicrobial Lotion Soap and rinsing with saline solution.  I make my own sterile saline solution with boiled distilled water and sea salt (about 1/8 teaspoon salt in 8 ounces of water).  This routine has worked well for me.

I'd rather get a PA again than nipples again. Only the ampallang hurt worse than nipples.

As for wands, that's a big step up from just the PA.  A lot of guys find that even a 2-3" wand is intolerably irritating, and some can't even stand the discomfort of putting it in.  Me personally, I could wear one for short periods, but couldn't "do" anything with it in.

I don't remember my PA hurting very much when I got it. It felt kinda like being stung by a small bee.

Agreed. And I must accept some responsibility.

Some people might find some posts a bit too much but they can always move to another thread.  Somtimes I think we might become a bit too precious.

I agree. There are plenty of posts I don't read because they don't interest me.
