It takes some practice to get the wax moustache handlebars looking right. I warm the pot of wax on the radiator for 10 mins, dab in the wax gently on the moustachce so as not pull out the hairs and comb through.
Made 'how to' a YouTube video:
Latest offering.
LOL! That was not the voice I was expecting! I could have sworn you had mentioned being from California. Great video too, and I sometimes think I should get some sort of little mini wax heater because I usually try warming it in my fingers which isn't enough and then it rips out hairs.
Now I'm thinking of Dr. Who and how I am still waiting for an entire season to appear on Netflix...
For some reason, I was thinking something similar. I knew Mr. Jules was based in the UK, but somehow, I forgot about the accent.
And by the way, series seven is on Netflix. Unfortunately, you have to go to vimeo to watch the final two episodes. Also, the order is wrong. The final episodes are Nightmare in Silver, The Name of the Doctor (viewable on Netflix,) The Night of the Doctor (mini episode could be found on YouTube,) The Day of the Doctor, and The Time of the Doctor (available on Vimeo with Portugese subtitles.)

Been a while since I've been on the forum. Back again for chat !
And have been growing my handlebars even more. They're great. Get stopped in the street most days by folks asking about the 'tache.

Did you just trim the tips back? How much was taken off? Looks like you had some of the length terimmed from your goatee as well.
Still a very fine handlebar and goatee.

Thank you !
The handlebar tips were trimmed - about an inch They were soooo long ! Goatee was trimmed, too.
May be a little shorter than I wanted. But happy with the results. I can leave the goatee and handlebars alone to grow for another couple of months.

Thanks, Mike.
My advice to anyone growing a beard and handlebars : visit a barber !

I couldn't grow a mustache like that if I tried for a year! And, after a lifetime of never having any hair more than one inch long, I probably couldn't stand it for that long.
Looks great on you guys though.
One of the best mustaches I have ever seen is worn by David Suchet when he plays the role of Hercules Poirot!. He has a little alcohol burner that he used to heat up his mustache wax!
