Hi fellow chrome domes: I hope all is well with you & your families. We are doing great. Well... SUPER BOWL 47 is fast approaching and I just wanted to know what will you be eating that day.
I'll start. We are going to a get together and we will be bring some hot wings and loompia (lumpia). For those who don't know what loompia is it is a fried Filipino eggroll that is deeeee-li-cious. Wow... I can't wait. So... how 'bout you? What will you be doing? What will you be eating? On a side note... I'm curious if any one here has eaten loompia besides yours truly.

I'm sure there will be some lumpia in our future as well. Do you dip them in vinegar or sweet and sour? Shoot, maybe we'll even do some sisig nachos. Now I'm hungry!
We had a large Philippine population at my high school, and I always loved whenever it was served at high school functions.
We'll probably have a big spread of grilled sausages, veggies, various chips & dips, etc.
@ Tyler: I do both: dip in vinegar and sweet and sour and just by itself.
@ Schro: You and Tyler are lucky to live in California. I have a lot of relatives living there and maybe one day I will move my family in Cali.

As is usual, the fare spread out in front of the TV is going to include tamales, queso, oysters, bleu cheese, herring, olives, fajitas, spinach and meatballs.
My wife and I have very different tastes.
