Some people have that shine naturally. Smooth skin and an oily scalp will do it.Try some baby oil but only a small amount.

I've really been loving the sly look guys! Confidence in much abundance. Also think I've had a little more luck with the lady folk since I started shaving my head daily (lots of requests to rub the head - I'm sure many sly guys can attest to this phenomenon).
Originally I was running out of time in the mornings and leaving it sometimes one or two days. I've actually grown to really hate that velcro feeling, I feel out of sorts if I haven't shaved it smooth that morning. This has given me the impetus to get up earlier to make sure I can shave it every day (which is a great feat given that I am not a morning person).
Although my head is very smooth I still retain a grey area where my hair still grows - however I've come to actually like this, it lets people now I am bold by choice and loving it! -

Actually, if they had such a place here in Texas , I would be there every Saturday. LuckyJim picked the right name for himself.
Headshave, shoe shine and a few shots all in the same place? Yeah, it would become a tradition for me in no time. -
