Buddha, why should they be allowed to ask about your past as far as career? If they want a good test for jurors, they should have to pass a common sense test, that should thin out the pool.

The thing about common sense if that if there were such a thing, everyone would have it! But such is not the case.
Actually, most attorneys prefer jurors who will act more on emotion. It allows the attorney's to paint/spin the evidence into whatever story is needed with not much resistance from the jury.

Quoted for truth. What they really don't like is analytical people. Like engineers. I seem to get called a lot, but I get dismissed pretty quickly most of the time.
Never done this , and i dont think it matters a monkeys tit if your sly or not .different countrys different cultures , i would hope that the defense council would be looking for jurors who are fair minded and not immature .
