Dawg, that's great.
But that's only the Introduction to the Story.
How do you feel without the burden of hair, and are you committed to the 30 Day Challenge?

I am committed to the 30 day challenge!
I admit to a little bit of shock today. Not bad "I wish I wouldn't have done it" shock, just "oh yeah, no more hair" shock. As seen in my earlier posts, I had pretty long hair. Woke up and went to run my fingers through my hair, whoops, it's gone. Saw a partial reflection in the window and at first thought someone was on the porch. Nope, it was me.
How do I feel? Awesome! Scalp feels kind weird, numb like. Razor sucks, tried 3 different kinds but still have little rough patches. Apparently the HeadBlade that many recommend is not sold in the entire city. I looked everywhere. Will just have to read more here about recommendations for razors, etc.
So far feedback among friends has been positive. Shocked, but positive.

In other words, it's all absolutely normal reactions.
It will take awhile until you are no longer surprised when you see yourself - and that's a great moment when you realize you've totally integrated the new look into your being.
I was out for a while tonight and saw dozens of guys with shaved heads - all looking great, all looked confident, and every last one of them was smiling or laughing. Amazing that shedding a few ounces of hair can lift such a burden.
I am really glad for you that you took charge. The best is yet to come. I hope you will post regularly of your continued experiences and the reactions of others. Posts like that are crucial to helping the "on the fence" crowd to make a move.

That looks REALLY Good! And the remaining beard is the proper accent. Very commanding look.
Good job. Welcome to the Sly look.
Ok. Head Blades are available at Walgreens. They stock the razor, blades and head slick. Not the other Head Blade products.
Give yourself some time on a smooth dome. You don't need super smooth the first few days, or week. After a week or two you head will get used to the shaving and you can get is smoother. That's the delight part. You'll be there in less than 30 days, but probably not in the first week.
You'll probably experience the .' Who's that guy in the reflection" for some time. Oh, that's me. Do I really look like that. Guess I do. Oh, that guy looks sharp. Oh, that's me.

No Walgreens here. But you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a CVS.

Good one

Like I was told you might have to order one. Usually I call the place put it on a credit card and tell to rush. Hate waiting who knows I might vaporlock before it gets here.

I thought that Walgreens builds across the street from every CVS and CVS builds across the street from every Walgreengs, Rite Aid, Rexall, and all other pharmacies of any name, brand or sort.

Still going strong and lovin every minute of it. Still mastering shaving my melon but it's getting better. Going to try ordering a Headblade and see how I like it. Open for suggestions if anyone has some. Head gets a little bumpy around the ears. A little itchy. Never had any bumps shaving my face so am not familiar with the different treatments or potions to use. Will read some more here on the forum and see if I can figure out a plan of attack.

Still sly and not missing the hair at all. Great reactions from friends and family. I have referred sly friends here so hopefully they will jump in and enjoy the camaraderie.
