It's just about 90 here in Chicago, so I ended up taking off my goat. Now I'm SuperSly again, like my ol' buddy BaldAndre...
Funny thing is...I tried the stache for about a day....but everybody thinks it makes me look like either:
1) a circus strongman, or
2) a porn star...hehehe

Yea, Slick stick with the super clean for the summer...it works for you and gives you a nice needed break form the goat...I know you're a guy that needs to change it up every now and then... I'm diggin' it a lot better than I did in the past...it ain't bad on the supersly side!

I have to agree. I actually think the full goat suits you best. 'Stache only? Not a good look. Nobody under the age of 50 wears just a 'stache anymore. Strange how that look has fallen from popularity with no reversal of the trend on the horizon anytime soon. I wonder why. -

Slickdome, The clean look definately suits you better. I actually noticed the color of your eyes in the clean pic. Its weird how the stache takes away from that. -

Thanks guys, for all the supportive comments. But don't misunderstand....I have NO plans to wear a stache on a regular basis; it was just a goofy thing I tried as I was taking the goat off. Bald'Dre is right; I like to spice things up with different looks....but I don't own a magic mirror...the stache on me is heinous. I'm probably going to stay with the Mr. Clean look for awhile before the goat creeps back into the picture.

Hello, Slickdome--haven't heard from you in a while. Have to agree with the guys on the stache. Why not make Mr. Clean your summer persona, and Mr. Goatee your Fall/Winter/Spring persona? That allows variety while recognizing what works well with your face. I am tempted to do away with my goat during the summer, but, as RazorX has commented in other threads, it hides a 'weak' chin. Easy answer...the 'stache went bye bye when Magnum P.I. went off the air.
Slickdome, ditch the stache & goatee, year round. My experience is that when skin gets dry in the winter, scratching under a goatee isn't a lot of fun.
Circus strongman....that was funny.
