I'm curious, what are your favorite books?
(Religious doctrines excluded)
For me:
Fiction: The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
Non-Fiction: To Be or Not Be Intimidated, That is the Question by Robert Ringer

Haven't I seen this before in another thread?...maybe not..

'The Lord of the Rings' (it totally goes without saying!)
I love 'Flowers in the Attic' by Virginia Andrews, plus the two follow-ups are good too,
and Stephens Kings 'The Stand'..the unabridged version. awesome!!

I just like to look at the pretty pictures.....no surprises there.....
The last couple of books I have read were all about the music business.

I'm a fiction reader... books get me away from reality:
A Dangerous Fortune - Ken Follett
Term Limits - Vince Flynn
Up Country - Nelson Demille
The "Prey" series (14 books) - John Sanford
While I don't read those authors exclusively, I have read everything they have written and most of their stuff is great!

I'd have to say mine is J D Salinger's The Catcher in the Rye. The scary part is I can relate to Holden very much but I think actually everyone can. Not just killers. Who likes phony people anyways?

Like reading a few books from Ben Mezrich...
Bringing Down the House(The Inside Story of Six MIT Students Who Took Vegas for Millions)
Ugly Americans(no, I know what your thinking at first glance, but this book has nothing to do with BaldRob...really it is about...The True Story of the Ivy League Cowboys Who Raided the Asian Markets for Millions )
Just started to read Busting Vegas(The MIT Whiz Kid Who Brought the Casinos to Their Knees)

maybe hes trying to get rich quick? Maybe its better then the old commercials with the crazy jacket with the question marks all over it.
