I fully agree with you. I just can't seem to get that through my thick skull.
I did go golfing this weekend with no hat. I now know the importance of a good SPF blocker for that noggin. -

Looks great. I remember when i first shaved i went right out with no hat as i liked the look and that is what matters.

I think you should go to work with no hat! I'll bet you will get lots of positive looks from the cute girls. In my experience, I get people who acknowledge me with a smile from both men and women. Give it a try
