Hey guys,
I know it's been a looooong time, but I had some career stuff that kept me from shaving my head: I worked in a small law firm (potential employer) the last three months and just had my final oral examination, so I didn't want to take any chances - the law crowd is quite conservative in general, sadly.
Well, after some negotiation today, it seems very likely that the potential employer will be my actual employer in January (yay), so I figured I could give this sly thing a try finally. If shtf, the hair will be back in January (had a buzz cut anyway, lately), so I did it.
Well, it still burns a bit, and it seems like I have some bumps on my head I didn't notice before, but hey, I feel pretty good in general. I'll definitely shave it a few more days and wait and see how it feels in daily life. I'll let my facial hair grow out too.
If I decide to keep it like this in the long run, I'll let it grow out to a few mm until January and gradually buzz it shorter until I'm ready to go completely sly again. My (potential) new employer does not seems to care that much about formalities (one associate is sporting a power donut, a full beard and an earring), but a drastic change like this might be too much in the beginning, so I'll take it slow.
Will post some pics once the redness is gone!

It's definitely a great experience and I think every man should shave his head even once in his life. Liberating, that's for sure.

Best Regards!
