I'm going to try and get in at least 5 a week. I'm shifting my workouts to more weight lifting in ordder to jump start my weight loss a bit.
I'm going to lift 3-4 times a week and, believe it or not, I have a new found love for Yoga. It's hard as Hell for a guy my age and the lack of flexibility that comes at 52 years old makes it even tougher. But I started doing it again during P90X workouts and have really started to enjoy it. It's one Hell of a workout!

I think I will invest in the P90X this weekend. What a better time to start than vacation week!

I had another good workout this morning. How is everyone's workout going? I'm going again tomorrow. I gotta keep my routine 3X a week to the gym.

Just finished my rest week last night with a 2hr cardio and abs session. a killer way to get back into it haha, but with a week off from the gym and a weekend of beer and junk food I still lost just over 4lbs

Hey Team Sly
How’s everyone doing on their fitness goals?
Here is my midpoint check-in- 3 pounds dropped, have covered my miles goal but added bicycling to it and covered 25 miles on that this week. Pounds are right on track and saw incremental improvement in my strength training so all green on my end! Total sessions are ahead of goal, averaged 4 weightlifting sessions per week.
Training Sessions 32
Duration hours 16:27
Calories burned 10423
Distance (Elliptical, Cross Ramp, Mnt Bike) 54.7 miles
cheers,
Ty

That's an awesome effort Ty! I am 5 pounds away from my goal weight for the month, but seeing I had that rest week the first week of July, I am still a bit behind my other goals.
