I came to terms with the way I look head on but am freaking out about the way I look from other angles, particularly the side. People see you in 3D. I hate balding and now I hate the future. Flat head.
You can see the problem here:

Yes, you do appear to be 'freaking out'. And I have no idea why.
As Itall posted, you look great.

Your head looks completely normal and ideal to be bald.
Looks great. Nothing abnormal in my eyes.

You are seeing yourself with jaded eyes (believe me, I've done the same thing in the past). You look fine and your head shape is normal.
People that feel the need to comment have an issue that has nothing to do with you. It's THEIR crap, projected onto you.
If you buy into it, it feeds your insecurities (something else I know well).
Let it go. You look great, and if I knew you, I'd want to date you...

hey underdog2: u look like a natural with the sly dome but u can have five, fifty, or 5 million people say that u rock the chrome dome look but it would NOT matter because u have yet 2 embrace it. i have noticed that u had another topic that u started back in september that was titled something like..."feeling down and looking like sh!t".
i believe that was back in september 2011. evidently it's NOT your bald dome but the problem is inside your dome. if u are still feeling "uncomfortable" about your slick dome... u should seek a therapist to deal with it. we can scream and yell that u look fine but until u learn 2 embrace what mother nature gave u than we can NOT help u.
i wish u luck in learning 2 accept physical self. take care.

People see you as you are--and there's nothing wrong. You, on the other hand, have some issue with yourself that has nothing to do with the shape or appearance of your head. That's what you need to talk to your therapist about, and bring a copy of this vid with you and explain why you feel the need to have other people see something that isn't there.

People don't scrutinize your appearance with the same intensity that you are. They look at you for a moment or two and then move on. The only thing they're likely to notice is that your head is shaved.
If you become fixated on the mirror, you're going to find some flaws. We've all got them. Rarely are they as big a deal as we think they are. And if you could magically change the shape of your head, I can guarantee that you'd discover some other cosmetic flaw and start obsessing about it instead.
You've got nothing to worry about, and even if you did, there's nothing that can be done about it, so stop wasting so much time and energy obsessing about it.

I can't add anything that hasn't been already said. There is absolutely nothing at all wrong with your head. Nothing. At all.
Stop obsessing over nothing and start living.

The shape of your head is fine. What's going on inside it is not. Something besides the shape of your head has you rattled. I hope you figure out what it is and can resolve it so that you can start enjoying life. You look great sly.

As I said earlier, we all see things in the mirror that we don't like. I've got a horizontal crease running along the back of my head that I really wish wasn't there:
