Here's an interesting problem... I've recently started wearing a CPAP machine. Some nights I'm the on-call chaplain at a local hospital, meaning a middle-of-the-night call does happen from time to time. Because this type of call is a get-up-and-go call, that means I'm walking into a trauma center emergency room with the lines of a CPAP machine imprinted on my head. I've tried loosening the mask, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Has anybody else figured out any tricks to making these lines go away quickly?
Same thing happens from wearing my motorcycle helmet.
Maybe wear a bandanna under the CPAP?
Make sure it isn't too tight. That's how I fixed my problem...although early in the morning it is obvious to everyone that I use a CPAP.
