Dodgers and Angels fan here. Who knows how the Dodgers will be this year. As far as the Angels, things look very exciting, so I'm looking forward to the upcoming season.

Braves in the world series?
After Tim Hudson they have nobody................Dan Uggla, Freddy Freeman, ''Chipper Jones'' who is about 98y.o.. Their best chance will end once they leave spring training. Sorry but I just don't see the Braves doing much at all.

They also have Martin Prado, Brian McCann, and a great young pitching rotation that can only get better. Also, this should be the year Jason Heyward starts to break out. Not to mention they have the best bullpen in the NL.

Dear Jarrod: My early picks are Anaheim vs Philly. Im not sure about either the Yanks or Sox. However; the NY Giants won the SUperbowl, so it's been a good year so far. A SF visit to the Series wouldnt surprise me.
Im not sure about them either...sox are probably going to take some time to adjust to the new coach...and the superbowl is still a fresh wound i dont want to talk about...

I'm not a fan, but watching "Cobb", the 1994 movie on the legendary Ty Cobb has been fantastic.

I'm a fan of the Cincy Reds. Going to the DC Nationals opening day game which is against the Reds. Plan on wearing a Reds' cap although I will certainly show of my shiny dome for part of the game as well.

Long-suffering Mets fan here. Been with them since the beginning. Guess I'm a glutton for punishment.

New York Yankees. I now root for the Diamondbacks on the West side too, (unless they play the Yanks').

Kinda hard to follow baseball, as we only have a minor league team....though I do casually follow the A's and Giants because my mother lived in various parts of the East Bay for almost thirty years. When I visited over the summer as a teen in the 80s, she'd take my brother and I to at least one game for each team...tickets were pretty dirt cheap depending on the seating and the opponent then.....
