Welcome, looks fine. The "power alleys" and "helipad" of the Norwood 3 to 4 stages of mpb are tough to get over--there's that part of you that says, "It looks okay if it's cut right" but reality dictates otherwise. You've made the right move--and even shaving can be rewarding if you get into the "zen" of it.

saintc was on on point. I got the "It looks okay if it's cut right" line from my parents today. (They have seen me bald before) I told them "I know, that's why I kept it so short and you nagged me about that. Now that I'm shaved, I look better than OK. I look GREAT" My step-mom said, "You know...I think you looked better with hair". I said "I know think that and its OK. You'll get used to it"
The best part is my step-sisters fiance's MPB is waaaaay worse than mine. She won't let him do it...probably because of the upcoming wedding. He told me he did it once, and he thought he "looked goofy". I'm not too close to him; I only met him a handful of times. As I get to know him better, I will tell him "Dude, you "look goofy" now. I think he'll be my first convert.

You're the 24/7 guy here--that's the only one whose opinion really matters.The best part is my step-sisters fiance's MPB is waaaaay worse than mine. Well he can do it and get in front of the issue, put it behind him and move on, or his only, and I do mean only, other alternative is for it to happen hair, by hair, by hair--Mother Nature's cleaning his scalp--she's not neat but she is relentless. Don't push him, he'll follow your example as Mother Nature does her thing. You could remind him now and then that hair #1227 is out of place since #1429 and #1652 aren't around to support it anymore?

I think it looks awesome, I got the same from my mum 'what did you shave it off for etc etc', but they are our heads and we like them bald, so that never really matters!
