Do any of you that use Tapatalk on the iPad use the HD iPad version? I got a iTunes card for Christmas and was thinking of using it on that. Any thoughts on the app?

Well I went ahead and bought the HD app. It is a much better viewing experience as compared to the non-HD. Worth the money IMO.
