How about "The Exorcist".
One of my faves. Along with some of the Halloween (Michael Myers) ones. Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Rite, Silence of the Lambs, Red Dragon, among others.

I watched Insidious over the weekend. One of the scarier horror flicks I have seen so far.
