I suppose.
After taking a farewell, I let the head and beard grow out for a month or so, and while hair above was OK(ish), it was nothing special, either: temples receded (I knew that), and what was still there a thin and mediocre gray, shading to white. Meh!
I did do quite well for the past month or so with the conservation of razor blades. One blade lasted the whole time, as all I shaved was the lower neck to shape the beard. This a.m., however, pre-shower, looking in the mirror, I said to myself, "Hey, 'Less is more,'" and so grabbed the electric clippers and no-guarded the dome, showered, then foamed up, picked up the razor, and off I went to Sly-Land again. The beard will stay, and I plan to let it burgeon to thicket-like proportions.
Howdy, all! (Again)
"Hey, 'Less is more,'" and off I went to Sly-Land again. The beard will stay, and I plan to let it burgeon to thicket-like proportions.
This could have been predicted

Welcome back Thicket is the best way to go
Ming, welcome back! I think it is fun to experiment with our looks! I understand that! Also, I think you will look great with the big beard. At some point, I may do the "thicket" look again. Not sure. But if it doesn't get in the way of your work or personal life, I say, "why not"?
