Yesterday, he was kind enough to give me the link to the website of a company I didnt even know existed. They sell American and Canadian food, they're based around 30 miles from my house, and OMG, I looked at the site and went

I placed an order with them yesterday morning, and it just arrived a few minutes ago. I didnt order as much as I wanted to, because I'd never used them before and I didnt know how reliable they are. Now what you have to understand is that for me, this is going to be a little slice of heaven, because I can only get to America once or maybe twice a year, and even the crappiest of American food (including Velveeta) is better than most of the garbage I can buy here. So dont tell me off for my little indulgences, because its put a big smile on my face on a day when I'm not feeling too fantastic.

And the price tag for this little bundle of joy was £43.14 including delivery, and at today's exchange rate, thats $66.00
X Man: you are the bees knees, old chap

I am SO going to have Macaroni & Cheese for my dinner tonight
p.s. the tea isnt for me.
tea = eww
cold tea = eww eww eww x 500
We have the same sort of places over here so we can get British foods such as clotted cream and the like. I love making sticky toffee pudding and have Lyons Black Treacle in my cupboard right now.
Keep the black pudding though !
I would rather let someone do their business in my mouth than eat black pudding.
E--W--WI've never heard of Lyons Black Treacle though. I've heard of Lyons, but not black treacle. I like sticky toffee pudding

as long as it doesnt have dates in it. I dont like dates.
Clotted cream: yummy. For breakfast this morning, I had clotted cream rice pudding with nutmeg

You gotta learn the lingo. If it comes from the blue box, it isn't "Macaroni & Cheese"; it's "Kraft Dinner."
Practice: I am SO going to have Kraft Dinner tonight.
Aside: my local grocery sells, among other things, Iron Bru in the "British Foods" section. Looks like the same few cans have been there for ages.

It cant be that long ago, because on the side of the box, it says:
BEST WHEN USED BY 02 OCT 2015
But it doesnt matter anyway because its unlikely to stay in the box much longer than 08 OCT 2011
Mac n cheese for dinner..mmmmmm.
Oh you really really REALLY helped. Ok I know its not exactly gourmet fare, and its not squashed duck or lobster in caramel and zatapote sauce, but its made me very happy

My ex-wife used to tell people I had a Mac & Cheese (or Kraft Dinner, which I'd never heard of before either) fetish.
Gourmet is highly over rated. Give me a meatloaf sandwich anyday.
I agree. Im a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but preferably without the meat.
Jersey Boy eats better food than I do. I'm the one with the fear of food.
Chavster has a food phobia.
