And funny convo about the tv shows guys! The earliest TV shows I remember are Family Ties, the Golden Girls, Magnum PI and Saved By The Bell.
I thought I'd start a separate thread on this one, since I can remember shows way older than this.

. I have vague recollections of watching the original
Hawaii Five-O with my mom. My dad would sometimes work late and she'd let me stay up until he got home. I remember the opening credits and the theme song but not much else. I also had a major thing for Marlo Thomas when I was about 3 or 4.
A lot of the shows I really remember watching as a young kid were daytime reruns of shows whose prime time runs I was too young to remember:
The Lucy Show, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Beverly Hillbillies and
Bewitched are the ones that immediately come to mind.
What are the earliest shows you can remember watching?

I dont remember Mario Thomas in Hawaii Five O. I just remember Jack Lord, his sidekick (the son of Helen Hayes), and a Japanese guy.
I remember Romper Room although I dont remember what it was actually about

Marlo Thomas
wasn't in
Hawaii Five-O. Different topic.

She was
That Girl.
I remember
Romper Room but I don't think I've ever heard of
Boomtown or
Uncle Gus.

I remember when we lived in Los Angeles, which was around 1969-1970, we were all forced to watch the Tom Jones show on a Thursday evening because my mother would have died (apparently) if she didnt get to see the show.
Eww.

Oh gosh, so did I (maybe I was a few years older). I thought she was totally hot, and I loved that she had that kite.
http://www.sitcomsonline.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=86383Couple years later I watched the show again and heard her whining "But, Donald!" and thought to heck with that chick. Then years later learned that she was married to Phil Donahue.
(She's been on the brain lately since I read that Alyssa Milano just had a son and named him Milo Thomas.)
