How long is a function of two things, panic and necessity. If I've got all the time, then my shower/shave combo can take a leisurely half an hour. And that includes washing my teeth and using a pumice stone on my calluses. Panic and necessity can drive that down to four minutes, and under those circumstances, I don't even bother with lather, wet works and I can shave with one hand and wash with the other and, later, when I'm almost late but still in my car and on my way I can apply alcohol and bandages as necessary.

I've got it down to around seven minutes for the head and face. Not being as obsessive as I used to be about not missing a hair. I'm experiencing a lot less irritation because of it.

Face & head about 20 minutes for a no stubble sandpaper feel on both 😄

I usually have my weekly head shave with my regular barber, with all the pampering, the process takes at least an hour. If I need or want to shave at home, with 3days stubble, I can be smooth in 15min, add that to the 7min of shower, the whole process takes 22min, average.

20-30 minutes. I use the Conair Cleanhead the touch up the sides with a 5 bladed razor. I'm all about SUPER smoothness though.

Well if you include the shower, the prepping in the shower, the prepping out of the shower, then the shave at the sink, and the post shave; it takes about 30 minutes. What can I say? I like my dome to be smooth.

I've never shaved in the shower, though I will try someday. It takes me 20-30 minutes depending on what kind of facial hair (if any) that I keep

about 5 to 7 minutes in the shower. clean up is easier in the shower than at the sink. I'm not as OCD about it as much as I use to be either, and i agree with Rober61 about less irritation (and less risk of that occassional nick!) . though King of Shave oil as the first prep with shaving gel on top has really just about elminiated the irritation.
