What's your RealAge?

I don't know if anyone here has ever taken the RealAge quiz. I took it a while back. It calcuates your "real age" as opposed to your chronological age, based on how you answer a series of health and lifestyle questions. It also gives you tips on how to shave more years off your "real age". Not completely scientific and not foolproof, but it is fun and it does provide some good ideas on how to live a healthier (and hopefully longer) life.
My RealAge came out to be 6 years younger than my calendar age.

Yeah, they shaved 6 years off my actual age as well. Like so much on the internet, that site seems more oriented to gathering marketing demographics than counseling for a healthier lifestyle.

I took it once, and I think I turned out to be older. Guess I better slow down.

B*st*rds!
I don't think they take into account muscle weight vs. fat weight...i think that is why i got 1 1/2 younger than I am....I probably weight about 15 pounds more because of muscle..
didn't ask that...I'm just bitter...j/k...
I checked NOTHING except heartburn on any of the conditions....come on we're talking tums..
Somehow I guess I better slow down too!

Yes, I had the same problem. It's one of the major flaws of the test. It's all based on your BMI and doesn't take muscle into account.

Says I'm 3 years younger. I guess that's cool. At least it didn't come back and tell me to go see my doctor NOW!

My mother always told me I was born a little old man.

I have already been told by several people that shaving my head has made me look 10 years younger. I am not complaining.

Beer Barron, Bro, As I see it its a Compliment... Just means that you were born with wisdom beyond your years, an Expierienced Mind, & a Taste and Respect for the better things in life! I would say thankyou!

If that does not do it for you, Realize that the Old School never goes out of style, whereas the new school has A LOT to learn... EXAMPLE: Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, PacMan Jones, N*Sync, etc... Compared to The Rat Pack, Marilyn Monroe, Demi Moore, Joe Montana, ETC... As I see it, There is no comparison, The Old School Has Had it, and the New School still needs to learn what "It" Is!
