I just wanted to write a quick note about some great customer service that I received from HeadBlade. You often hear bad things about companies, but not always the good things.
About a year ago I purchased a S4 Shadow. I really like it, but this week I noticed some issues with how it was holding up. I contacted HeadBlade via email to provide some feedback. I didn't expect anything further as I was jusst providing feedback.
I received a phone call from a Customer Service representative at HeadBlade later that day. I explained the issue that I had encountered. They were willing to completely resolve the situation.
What really impressed me was that the person spent several minutes asking about my routine and my use of their products and really listened to the feedback that I provided. I received several emails later that day where this person had forwarded on my feedback and addressed all of my issues/concerns.
I have always really liked the HeadBlade products, but with customer service like this - they probably have a customer for life with me.
I hope others have had similar experiences.
In my short time as a customer I've had similar experiences with them - they are a great company to do business with.
I recently placed an order in which I meant to order two pumps. I accidentally only ordered one. I called them and they threw in the extra one for free along with some coupons and samples. They are a very good company to deal with!!!!

Agree HeadBlade is a great company. When I ordered some HeadBlade products a while back they sent with my order some coupons and free samples.
HeadBlade has the best customer service I've experienced.
As a matter of fact, their customer service style became the topic of my Marketing Management grad class this week. Many companies could learn a thing or two from HeadBlade.
