My cousin scream and yelled at me thru the phone when i called Dr Shapiro, who will do my cousins next hair transplant in the fall a charletan,
My cousin was promised his hair back, and it will cost him about 20,000 dollars for the procedure,
he proceded to call me a stupid fool for shaving my head -

Well, if your cousin believes that, why don't you sell him a bridge, Brooklyn or otherwise. You might as well get some of his loot. Just be nice when he comes to ask about shaving and what to do with the scars and other damage.

where i live now it dosnt exceed $2500 !!!! for a FULL HEAD transplant!!!
iv done extensive research on it and chose NOT TO transplant, and save the money !!!!
The scars are visible 80% of the time .
AFTER the transplant you are given prescription of drugs which u have to consume till you die to keep that FAKE clog of dead protein on your head !!!
And the medicines they give you slow down DHT n stuff .
You know what THAT means right?
Hair loss is caused MOST of the times by excessive Testosterone !!!!
Embrace your MANHOOD !!

I guess you can do is urge him to read the stories of those who had a transplant and weren't quite happy with it after the procedure. There was one posted on this forum not so long ago.

Some people get "brainwashed" into a certain mindset, on certain issues, concerning their appearance/health, and are convinced that the solution that they have been "tricked" into believing is the ONLY solution that will bring them the happiness they are looking for. ANYONE who disagrees or has a different p.o.v. is considered to be "stupid" and their opinion is not the least bit valued!!
We've all been there in one way or another, in similar situations, involving either family or close buddies! Once they have their mind made up, it's useless to argue the point. Sometimes you have to let them learn their lesson the hard way, no matter the cost!!
Yeah.. you hate to see a loved one waste that much $$$ on "a pipe dream"- something that you know they won't be fully happy with down the road, but they're gonna' do what they're gonna' do anyway, no matter how many people try and persuade them not to.
You did your part in attempting to get him to rethink his position, but seems like your cousin disregarded your opinion totally. Next best thing to do now is to wish him luck, stand by the sidelines and "watch the game"!!
I wouldn't let it bother you, unless you're the one he's asked to cough up the $20-G's!! -
