hi guys! i'll admit, i love the site, and i'm a "come and go" style poster. BUT i very much appreciate and respect all the fellas here and regularly read what's going on. my question is; is it my imagination, or have posts from new (especially younger guys like myself 20's) become more infrequent? whenever i check back it seems that way to me. maybe younger fellas are becoming less self-conscious and just shaving? or maybe they aren't coming around here as much? or maybe as i said it's just my imagination? your thoughts? i like to check back especially because i'd love to give my first hand perspective to younger fellas who are going through what i already went through myself. maybe i could help them in some way

Happy Easter Young Baldie !
Why don't you recruit your young balding friends or co-workers to join this site? This Brilliant Bald Brotherhood welcomes any age, gender as hair or hairloss participants. Post some pre/during/after male pattern bald pics of yourself so other younger lurkers will feel more at home and join you ! ---Stasiu

haha well suggesting i post a new profile picture doesn't exactly help answer my question

. but thanks for the input. what i was getting at is that i don't personally know ANY bald/balding fellas my age, and that i don't seem to come across as many here as there used to be. my personal belief is that guys are probably getting more confident with the look(like myself) and just going for it. my girlfriend loves it on me. and i get hit on by chicks that are anywhere from a few years younger than myself, to twice my age so the look goes over well for all ages of women i think. that range of years didn't occur before i shaved the melon, so that's also given me more confidence. as a young balding guy i know what its like and would like to help out other struggling guys because i was there not long ago.

It's the natural ebb and flow of the Forum. We have days on end when there are a LOT of posts and then periods that are much slower.
I've noticed a lot of the regulars, including myself, not posting as much lately. My guess on why..... Spring is here and everybody is out and about after a harsh Winter.
For me, getting my yard in shape (it's a mess from snow plowing), and riding my HD have been at the top of my list. Plus.... alot of 12 hour days at work recently...... that means 15 hour days with my commute.
Anyway.... in my opinion, when people post, others will respond. So post up my Friends!!!

I was on vacation for 10 days down to the Tampa area with my family and another that we do a lot with.
Back hitting the work routine.....as much fun as vacations can be, I always dread the work that piles up while I'm away.
Hope the Global Warming has ended for everyone and we start getting some sunshine. We got about an inch of Global Warming here on Easter Sunday.
I'm ready for some warmer weather!

I check in everyday to see what's going on at the forum, but it's difficult to respond in my type of job. That keep me from enjoying the forum as much as I would like. As for the younger generation, I see alot of young guys bald in my area far more than older guys. Most of my clientel at my barber shop, are young guys who are going bald by choice. Most of the older guys are the ones that are losing their hair to baldness. What help me convince young guys to go bald is the fact that I give business card for my barber shop and it give these young guys the confidence to go bald. I may not be that young, but I sure do make a difference in some of these younger guys to go bald.

I just started posting after leaving for a while. However, I'm not sure if it was my imagination, but it seemed busier the last time I was here as a regular sly guy.
The funny thing was I made a cool friend from this site and he e-mailed me on my facebook page and since I have been back here I haven't seen him. He hooked me back in and he left. LOL.
Well anyway, I'm an old sly guy, so I can't help with the younger side of things. Also, all the guys I have met on this site young and old are the coolest people I have met via computer or otherwise.

Another thing I noticed. I have been killing a lot of threads lately. I'm starting to take it personal.
