Hi guys. Below are 3 pics: the first was taken the first day I shaved my head, the second is after a few days without shaving, the third is with a 2 week old beard (trimmed a couple of times). I honestly think I can't pull off a beard longer than the one in pic 3. Which do you think looks better? Honesty please

Bro..you rock them both..great as Mr. Clean action...and the beard works real good with the slick bald head..go for it as your winter look..then summer shave it all off clean!

Suggest you go to beards.org and see their recommendations. You can't judge a beard at one, two or three weeks. Only after a month of untrimmed growth can you begin to see what kind of beard you are capable of at this point in your life--it changes over time.
There's some promise, but much too soon to make a judgment. Give it time, it won't go anywhere

You are a good looking guy either way. Whatever you choose. I always say ladies mix it up with their make up and hair styles but us guys get to decorate and get creative and change it up with our facial hair styles. So its your perogitive as a man to have no facial hair or to have as much facial hair as you choose, goatee, beard, jaw strap, soul patch, clean shaven, etc. Let your creative juices run wild, some times changing the look can be invigorating, but you are a handsome guy whatever style you choose to have.

all the pics look good man. Find what you enjoy and like the others have said, play around with it, experiment. I think you could pull off any of the looks. Enjoy

Thanks guys. I'll keep it and give an update in a few days. It's starting to look better IMO. I've gotten lots of compliments on the look, so the decision has been easy.
