Just to let you guys know, it went great. Will hopefully get a pic up in the next few days. It was daunting at first but my confidence has rocketed. everyones had something good to say at work and socially, and i save so much time. Where as before i'd spend at least an hour and a half getting ready for work due to my anxiety, its become a 20 minute shower and dress job, leaving me at loads of extra time to work on music before work.
This time a few days ago i was distrought about my apperence and was really worried about it, it's hard to imagine now that i've realised what a burden hair actually is. I've started to feel alot more confident than i did with my full hairline.
Just want to thank everyone for the support, some of the testimonies were really inspiring for me

Also, would just like to add....
A massive thanks to everyone who read/replied to this. Reading all the support really helped me take pride in myself and take this as a positive experince instead of something that put me back to square one with my anxiety!
