So I guess "eggs" are a better choice on that basis

I'm not a big fan of SPAM, though I'm around it a lot due to my wife's ties to the Hawaiian community. A popular dish is SPAM Musabi which is SPAM sushi. Rice with Spam on top, wrapped in a seaweed wrapper.
Spam sushi is bomb, brother

Never tried spam, but was considering giving it a go after reading a few of the initial postings. After reading Mike's, I think I'll remain a spam virgin.

Ahhhh... just had some Spam and eggs!!
AND, while Spam does come in a can still, you can get individual sizes now that come like the vacuum packed tuna pouches!

Ok here goes sorry My lack of long hair just cant cover My Red Kneck any more wife hates spam wont even cook it and said to thank Mike for finnally putting into words what she wouldnt
Breakfast : Fried spam with fried eggs ( runny of course ) , reql butter on toast with home fried taters ,onions 7 Hot pepper rings
Lunch : Fried spam sandwatch with melted velveeta and onions a bag of chips and just to be healthy a Deit Pepsi
Supper : I Can Feel My arteries gettin Hard andMy stomach growling for more lets Fry some more Taters Smothered Covered and scattered with spam and just for you healthy nuts again some Vegtable on the side

My bet is that their not all beef, and may contain pork parts not generally considered edible in general American cuisine.
