Haggis is the best. Haggis hunting season starts soon. Those furry critturs are murder to catch!!!!!
Venison Chili is pretty darn good too!

I've always wanted to try haggus.... even though the Scottish girl I used to date hated the stuff.
That is never fun, hitting a deer with a truck, or car, and MUCH worse hitting one on a motorcycle. The driver on a motorcycle usually won't walk away from that encounter.
Down here, in the county I live in and the county to the west, there are more deer killed with vehicles, than during the two or three shotgun and the long bow and arrow seasons that the State has on them.
As far a keeping and cleaning them, the 'lucky' driver does have the right to keep the deer, if he/she can get the carcass removed with out creating a roadway hazard. Some do, and some call someone who knows how to prepare a not too beat up carcass.
But the bottom line is, it's never fun getting one with a vehicle, rather scary when one of them suddenly appears on your bumper and windshield.
