Need encouragement to become sly again

Over the past few weeks I've been feeling very low and worthless and as a result I've not been shaving my head - my head feels awful and I just feel all down for not shaving. I just need that little bit of encouragement to start shaving again as I always felt so much better sly.
Thanks for reading, it makes me feel so much better that there is a sympathetic ear out there.

Hey Dude,
Something in your story makes no sense
I look at your photo and see a confident sly bad man
It's ok to feel down but make it temporary, get shaving again, go outside, take a walk
and shake off those feelings
Your SBG Family is behind you
Let us know how it goes

I know how feeling down is but as you said "my head feels awful and I just feel all down for not shaving." That should be all you need and remember we all look better sly.

Well you could wait some more weeks until your hair is long enough to pull yourself out of the bad mood by it (like Baron Münchhausen).
Or you shave your head immediately and enjoy the beautiful feeling of a sly dome right away! I bet this will lift you up even better and faster

Sean-
It's not unusual for some folks to feel down this time of year. Luckily for you... the solution may be just a few minutes and a razor away.

I can relate bro... I'm fighting major depression myself and personal grooming has been very low on my list of things to do especially since I can't find a job. There's really no reason to even get dressed because I can't even afford to go out!
BUT! A sly brother here lovingly got on my case and I took his advise seriously. Cleaning up and even dressing up can make a huge difference in your outlook and it certainly improves the way you see yourself!
I'm talking from experience here as I remind myself too!

I can relate to you guys as I've recently been very dpressed. I lost all confidence in myself and became sure that I will never find a match for me and that I am worthless and unlovable. I've been telling myself everyday that I am a great guy, who is smart, will be a sucess and just needs to find the right person (I'm 20 and have never dated someone over a few weeks before they dump me). Also my ex suggested the faking it till I make it method which I'm going to try. I hope you guys feel better.

I used to hate hearing this when I was in my 20's but... you have a lot of life ahead of you brother and there IS someone right for you! She, like you, is going through life's intensive training to get her, and you, ready for each other. You'll understand when you meet her but be patient and diligent and it will be worth the wait I promise!

Thanks for the feedbakc STG Pate. Right now I'm trying to accept the fact that I will always be alone because I can't imagine anyone loving me, despite my faults which are not big ones. The fact is that there will always be someone better in every capacity than I am. Better looking, in better shape, a better lover, smarter, so I will always be dumped when that person discovers this. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

Dude.... you need to lie in bed tonight and the last thought in your head before you fall asleep should be, " Tomorrow I WILL change my attitude about my life". Repeat it quietly over and over until you fall asleep.
Then in the morning, bounce out of bed, look in the mirror and tell yourself, "I love my life and today it BEGINS!!!!!
Your improved energy, Spirit, and attitude will draw those with the same Spirit and energy to you. I CHALLENGE you to do this for 30 days, everyday....banish those negative thoughts FOREVER.

For everyone out there who is depressed. Not only you guys who have commented but those who read: Remember you are the only one of you there is, so comparing yourself to someone else is useless and has no value. Be the person you want; genuine, loving and honest are good things to start with. Fill you head the words you need to hear to become better, don't listen to garbage about yourself; even your own voice in your head. Lastly if depression persists, find someone to help; professional and personal. Surround yourself with those that can help. i know this sounds trite, but it will truly help. Your never in it alone. Those of us who are your sly brothers are there for you!

Guys, thanks for all the support, kind words and PM's that have been sent. I bought some new clippers just after Christmas and shaved down to a 0 crop (no blade guard) and this morning shaved my head completely. I feel much better and on the road to getting back to normal. Thanks again for the support
