It looks terrific! Now all you need to do is just lather up and shave your dome smooth. When I got a buzz that short, I didn't intend to go any further, but within 15 minutes, I succumbed to the temptation to take it all down to the skin. It won't look a whole lot different from what you've got now, but the difference in the way it feels is absolutely amazing -- and that is the best part of the experience. You're missing out on the most fun part if you don't see things through.
Congratulations on having made it this far. It's a huge improvement over your "before" pic.

No lop sided head apparent. Looks like you're ready for a nice hot shower, some lather, a new blade, and in about 10-15 minutes a new life. Go for it. Keep it for 30 days, then if you don't like it you can grow it out to a #1--just remember, if you don't do it fast and get in front, Mother Nature will do it slow, and not such a nice clean job. Get going, we're all supporting you in this.

Eon...ditto on the terrific...
Listeb to razor...just shave it smooth..it'll be evn that more terrific...trust us..there is nothing like a completely razored smooth dome..a buzzcut does not compare..
plus why not go for it..what you have now is a day or 2 away from a slick shave...

Looks good, EON. I found that my hairline (buzzed head for years) was starting to show a wierd heart shape pattern. I don't see anything lopsided in your photos but hairlines are not perfect, that might be what you are seeing.. If you shave it down smooth that will probably go away.

In for a penny, in for a pound. As far as most of the world is concerned, you've already shaved your head. They won't make any distinction between this and the razor shave -- so you might as well go for it. It will only take a day or two to grow back to where you are now.
The first time I went that short, I wasn't going to shave, but I just couldn't resist the urge. It would be a shame to come this far and not see things through. You've already done the hard part. Just sayin'.

I don't see any lopsidedness, but sometimes an uneven hairline can create the illusion of imperfections -- or amplify slight cosmetic flaws. Shaving off all the hair can minimize those imperfections. A lot of guys who have receding hairlines complain that their foreheads are too big and are afraid shaving will make it worse. In reality, shaving makes it look better, because receded hair just makes a forehead look bigger.
At any rate, it's worth shaving everything clean to find out. Remember that it only takes a day or two to grow back to the current length.

sorry, I know I'm beating the same drum, but I feel sorta OCD / strangely self conscious about it, looking at me head straight on, as you would in conversation, you can clearly see my head being flatter on one side than the other, this was the :Xo!best pick I could get of it.

WHY is nothing on my head close to being symmetrical?!
http://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff141/MajikBonger/9.jpgin anycase, I may grow out my hair a bit, ill be forced into Slydom soon enough haha

It looks fine. And don't start wavering now! 30 day rule, you know!
