Weather is absolutely perfect out here right now. Going to grill is about an hour. Trying my hand at Jerk Chicken for the first time. Serving it with a corn salad, and "Pomme de terre avec l'orange" (Fried potatoes in olive oil & garlic, with zest & juice of orange). Serving it with asiago cheese bread and Rombauer Chardonnay.The Lovely Mrs. Schro has been busy with all sorts of volunteer sh*t recently, so I wanted to cook tonight. Plus, I've wanted to try Jerk Chicken.I'll report in tomorrow on the meal....
