I'm booking my semi-annual massage today.  I usually go in October to treat myself for my birthday and again in six months.  I go to the same guy all the time.  I'm of the school of 'if you don't go away with a few bruises it wasn't a good massage.'  (H@

Many years ago when I had hair to cut, I'd go to a barber who shampooed and massaged my head--it felt very good.  I've wondered about asking one of these "chair massage" setups you see in the market if they would do the head and the back.  Anyone asked?

I try to get a massage once a month.  It's good when they are covered under your "chiropractic" with your medical insurance.
