I'm booking my semi-annual massage today. I usually go in October to treat myself for my birthday and again in six months. I go to the same guy all the time. I'm of the school of 'if you don't go away with a few bruises it wasn't a good massage.'
Ahhh . . . but it's a good hurt.

Many years ago when I had hair to cut, I'd go to a barber who shampooed and massaged my head--it felt very good. I've wondered about asking one of these "chair massage" setups you see in the market if they would do the head and the back. Anyone asked?

I'm told that many of them WILL "do the head".

I was tempted to write that my masseur gives good head . . . massage, but instead I'll say he gives great scalp massage.

I try to get a massage once a month. It's good when they are covered under your "chiropractic" with your medical insurance.
