omg. you want a funny bald story? well, its funny now but not before... i tried that gunk for "the bald look" when i got sick of shaving my head every other day... well, that stuff burns! you have to "wipe" the gunk off after and it's practically like a giant rugburn that you feel for a week after.

Was it Magic Shave or Nair?

I'm with VanillaSkye on that, Man its not funny, I tried Magic Shave and not only does that gunk burn but it didn't even take off all the hair. Then you had to wait a day before you could shave the rest off or risk irritating it even more. Definitely was not something for me.

Welcome, VanillaSkye. You're going to find a lot of knowledgeable and wry bald guys on this site. Great pic. How long have you been sly? Professor Melon

I tried Magic Shave (for the head) once when I was 17 and it burned like crazy, but left the hair intact so I couldn't shave for about 2 weeks. Basically left a severe sunburn and it smells like a friggin sewer.
Not Recommended at all.

Ya the g/f and myself bout 2 different brands and I was gonna try it as shaving my bean every day dosen't tweak me but after reading some of the stories I guess the g/f will just have to make sure it dosen't go to waste

Trust me, do not try this stuff! In order for it to remove all of your hair and leave a smooth dome, you have to leave it on for too long. . . and in that time it'll burn your scalp to all heck. I found out the hard way (didn't remove all of my hair AND burned my scalp!) and I threw it (Magic Shave) in the trash after one try.

I remember using one of those hair removal jobbies before, it did indeed sting, and there were little specks of blood where it was working.

You just want to liquify the hair off. Not your entire skull.

Best thing is a good razor and a steady hand. I did my sly look totally solo without a single nick or cut. But I was lucky. It could have came out like the local Coroner did it.

Nothing beats a good razor.

Wow Glad I caught this post. I had a bottle of it in hand at Walmart the other day...( have you all figured out that Walmart is our only department store here in my town?) but I put it back on the shelf. It had a big warning label on the front...DO NOT USE ON HEAD OR GENTIAL AREA. Well i was gonna get it for the head....thinking ..ahhh how bad can it be? Well from the stories..I am glad that unknown voice in my head said to put it back. I will be going to Florida next weekend and I sure in the hell wouldnt want to ruin it by ruining my Slyness

Well, Tim, I've always heard that if you can't find it at WalMart...You probably don't need it...
I find myself there alot, too....
