Well, I finally did it. From a shag haircut last April to a #7 then a #2 buzzut to a a #0 this morning and then razored off clean tonight in the shower I'm still in shock and unsure about it ... but, I'm liking the feel of it. Not sure how many days it'll be until I'm confident to leave the house, but we'll see!

Hi,
the first time it's a shock, I know. But be sure, you'll love your shaved head soon!
Enjoy it and keep it smooth
best regards

Try not to worry about leaving the house for the first time - just jump in with both feet and enjoy your new look. You'll be surprised how quickly it becomes a non-issue with people who know you.
Let's see a photo - best way to gain confidence is the positive feedback from your new friends here.

Hey Mike, Kudos to you for the deed well done. You will recieve some negative responses. But don't let it get you down. After all it is about what you like and wanted to do. I have found that you can't live your life for someone else and be happy. I shaved the noggin, got a couple of earrings and couldn't be happier as this is my life. So hang the nay-sayers!

A sly welcome to you Mike... Amen to what Papa Don says. The sly way is the only way-as you will find out soon, more and more guys are joining this, the only Forum of its kind on the net. I went sly over a year ago and relly love it... I'm also considering earring or two like Papa Don- now I've come out and said it-I've been thinking about it for months.

Thanks for all the advice. +1 day and I'm surprised how fast the stubble's coming in. My hair's light so it's not so noticable. There's also quite
a bit or razor burn. Left the house today -- went into the back yard in the rain -- quite an experience! Hopefully in a day or two I'll be able to
deal with meeting people!
Sorry I can't post pic -- don;t have access to cam at the moment!

Welcome MikeyK! Be confident, leave the house and keep your head held high and have a positive attitude. Do that and no one will give you any crap. Remember the 30 day trial, do that and people will forget what you looked like with hair.
