Best concert I have ever been too

Last night the wife, daughter and I went to our local House of Blues to hear "country rapper" Colt Ford. Without a doubt in my 46 years, this was the best damn concert I have ever been to. Along with the opening band Southern Blue, Colt Ford and his band ROCKED the house. The place was elbow to elbow. If you ever get a chance to go see him it would be well worth the money. If you aren't familiar with his music here are a couple of
samples.

Hopefully David is doing better. When he was here during Harley week he sat on a stool the whole concert and had to be assisted off the stage. I understand from a friend of mine who knows him it was due to a pretty bad back injury. All in all he still puts on a hell of a concert.

That was like the time Robmeister and I saw Bo Diddly play with The Railbenders in Denver. Bo had to sit down the whole time, but still rocked!

I saw Jimi Hendrix 3 times in Dallas. Those concerts would be 1, 2, and 3 in my pecking order.

back in the late 80's I used to go watch Stevie Ray Vaughn at Antone's in Austin. He'd play 4 nights a week. Wow was he something.

Ha, ha . . . Us forties and fifties geezers rule! We got to see the Rolling Stones before they were 70-something.

Hands down would be Genesis ~ 1983. The light show was worth the price of admission.

Probably 1999 Rancid on the Warped Tour in Little Rock, Arkansas. I don't go to a ton of concerts, generally they are expensive and too crowded. I enjoyed seeing "Sick of it All" in Dallas 07 too.
