there is always next SLYCON Bready!
I've only been on this forum for a few months; however, I have been on numerous other forums of different themes. What I have noticed in all forums is that you have the "regulars" which visit the forum. Some of these "regulars" leave the forums either temporarily or permanently (for one reason or another). Some come back some don't. You get the "newcomers" as well. Some only stay for a bit, some stay for a long time. Some post a lot and contribute to the forum, some don't as much. I feel it's all apart of the circle of [forum] life. It's just the way it goes. I think a lot of what Mike and Timmay have posted about is contributed to the fact that the forum has A LOT more members than it did before. This may make the forum seem less "personal."You know, I wish I could have gone to the last slycon. I had some family issues I had to tend to this summer and it made it impossible for me to go... I look at the pictures of yal and I think to my self, "#)(#! I should have went. They look like wicked cool guys to hang out with... Especially that crazy Timmay guy, I want to party with him and rock the crazy red and white boxers too HAHA" What I'm saying is, yeah people may go for one reason or another. But, the same thing happens in local friendships too. I've had people I hang out with decide not to "hang out" any more. I don't know maybe I smell or something but I thought it was just the way things go, right?
Mike, thanks for the thread...just like family, things need to be discussed. I'm not a very prolific poster and I apologize for not getting to know some of you newer members. Members that leave....well, life happens. Things change, people change, emotions sometimes are mis-read in text.Tyler's family has meant a lot to me over the past 2 1/2 years. Some of you, I count a good friends. I've received support, prayers and knowledge that I would not have gotten anywhere else, and have tried to give back when possible. Thanks to each of you.Max
