Well I've got the shaving part down pretty good now. I want it to shine now. I've got some Head Blade glossy lotion and it works good but I want more. Can any of you Sly Guys give me some ideas on how to achieve the ultimate shine?

Wow! You trying to blind someone or something? I use the Head Blade Glossy and I can't imagine it being more glossy!!
Finishing your routine with running your head under cold water or rubbing your head with an ice cube and help alot also!

So do you apply the Head Blade Gloss after the cold water and ice cube treatment? Do you blot your head after the cold water and ice cube treatment or let it dry natural?

Others will have to answer that as I said, I don't use those methods because I get plenty of shine from the Head Blade Glossy!

You might want to try sunblock, as an alternate to the head lube glossy. I get a pretty nice shine when using Coppertone Sport SPF30. Plus you won't sweat that much.

Sunblock does create a great shine. Plus the added protection is a necessity.

if you use the cold water rinse and the icecube method, do that before you apply the lotion. Yes towel dry your noggin before as well. I do not use any "glossy" lotions, all I use is the Aloe Vera afterwards. The aloe vera combined with my "Bright" personality usually puts a max. glossy on. LOL

I second that on the Coppertone SPF30...it adds a lot of shine and somehow seems to also tighten your skin...makes your skin look like you just washed it or something. I really like it...

Chrome,
I came about an ending to my shaving ritual that leaves a shine that speaks for itself (as you can see by the photo on the left and below)...
At the end of my shave routine, I combine a few drops
EACH of
Witch Hazel,
Shave Secret Shave Oil,
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and last, but not least -
Baby Oil!!
Let it
air dry a minute or two, then pat-dry excess with a big fluffy towel
Overkill?Yup.. I'll be the first one to admit that, but I like the
non-greasy,
extremely well lubricated,
extra-clean,
extra-shiny melon it gives me!!
If you decide to try this, let me know how it works out for you....

Ive posted this before but there is something about sunblock or sun screen that makes my head look like its been glo-coated. Its probably the zinc oxide. Im a policeman and Ive actually had citizens come up and ask if I had put paste wax on my head and had taken a buffer to it. The glare off my head is actually blinding following use of the sunscreen.

Normally what I do after shaving is I just rinse with cold water and do an ice cube rub and thats it. I also have an oily scalp which helps alot. I always get people asking about my shine, some say they can see their reflection.

Thanks, I might have to take out a loan to buy all of that stuff but your shine is amazing and exactly what I'm looking for.
