Has anyone tried shaving using the oil products only.
They all claim that this is how they intend the product to be used.

Yeah, I really like using Pacific Shaving Oil on its own.

I use Shave Secret alone with a new blade, but add some shaving gel to soften things up after I have a couple days on the blade.

i have used shaving secret and total shaving solution with the mach3 and the panasonic linear.

both times were not in the shower, mach3 with oil...i could barley move the razor, panasonic linear with oil...gave me alot of irritation and bumbs/ingrown hairs.

I think I am going to try it.
Will DEFINITELY be in the shower though with plenty of hot water "warm up".

I set up the shower with a fog-less mirror. Mirror has water running through it to keep it fog free. Seems to work well, I have yet to shave in the shower, just set this up today.

Really hot shower + Mach3 w/new blade + Shave Secret = smoothest shave ever for me   O0
