WHO is your cell phone provider?
« on: May 12, 2009, 02:16:24 PM »
hello fellow chrome domes:  i just recently purchased a new G-phone.  i am enjoying my new toy :@`.  anways... when i was talking with custom care services, i didn't realize that i was with T-mobile since 2001. O0

this is my only cell phone provider that i have ever used.  their customer care reps R wonderful.  this what keeps me with t-mobile.  i only wished that they had more choices of phones like verizon or at&t.

so... how 'bout U?  who is your cell phone provider?  how long?  and if U R satisfied with their customer care reps like me.  what's your story?

Started out as BellSouth Mobility, then Cingular and now A T & T ... I neither like nor hate them ... they are there,

I'm not a big cell phone guy so I have a Trac Fone..... it serves it's purpose very well for me and it's MUCH cheaper than a regular cell...... for me.

Had the whole family with Sprint for a few years. It was nice with them because I got a discount being an American Honda employee. That wasn't enough to keep us though. Too many dead spots around town and my step dad couldn't get service in southern CO. Not even a roaming signal! So we decided to drop them. When my contract was up I switched to Alltel (soon to be Verizon in this area) and have been very satisfied. Very few dropped calls and the ones that do get dropped, I get a credit for. Recently updated to a BlackBerry since my MOTO RAZR met its demise falling off the roof of my car and everything has been great.

First phone was with Verizon, still is.  Get great coverage even in remoter parts of the U.P.

Been with Tmobile since 2000....never had an issue and their CS reps are great!  I got my wife the G1 last year for Xmas, she loves it.  Me, I have had my trusty razr v3 (dragon razr) for 3 years, and love it.

TMOB.  Decent customer service, best blackberry plan and unlimited BB tethering.

Been w/ Tmobile for several years.
