Shameless plug for my dad....
Probably to no one's surprise, I come from a golfing family. My dad (now 66) has played golf all is life. When he came out of college, he had an offer from Wilson Sporting Goods to try his luck on the PGA Tour. He declined, given the fact the money available in professional golf wasn't that great at the time and he had a military commitment. Anyway, he still maintains around a 5 handicap and plays a few times a week (retired obviously). Anyway, he told me about a unique round of golf he had recently. The fact he shot 76 wasn't that unique, but how he did it was pretty cool. I guess word got around and someone called the Las Vegas Review Journal. Here's the link to the article. Enjoy the read.

Good story, man. Dad is quite a roll model for old guys.
tell your congrats for me. that is impressive. i would have had a 76 on the first hole.
It sounded like he had a few rum dums (Rum & Di. Coke) when he told me the story. Can you blame him?
maybe i need a drink in my hand?

Give the man a drink,,,I mean a prize,,,,no I mean a drink.

I will do that in person. Me and the family are heading down to Vega$ this Thursday for an extended weekend. Pops & I are teeing it up on Sunday.
Based on that invitation, I'll keep his location a secret.
the way he plays he might be able to take out a mirror or something. better be careful.
Actually, I'm a lot like my dad when it comes to golf. Team Schro is definitely not the typical stuffed shirt, country club d*ckhead golfers. Screaming, beer drinking, condom hats, and all sorts of other nonsense are the norm when we get together for a round of golf. An airhorn would probably be a welcomed addition to the arsenal.

That's refreshing, sir!!!....
