Newly sly guy
« on: April 23, 2009, 01:32:22 PM »
Hello guys, I've been lurking in these forums for months. My dad was sly for quite a few years, and I tried to deny my thinning heritage, but finally decided to take the plunge. I finally figured out why my old man was such a charmer, because being sly sure does make the confidence level go up. No more having to wear a hat and worry if a girl is gonna see your thinning head... no more people saying "you going BALD".. all that changed to getting quite a few compliments. Thanks for all the free advice that I've been seeing for quite some time, I figured it was finally time to stop lurking.

-Vincent

Thanks for the warm welcome brothers. My dad was a big inspiration in my life, and he passed away early last month.. I kept looking back at these old photos of him wondering how I was going to fill his big shoes. I was looking through all his old stuff trying to figure out how he handled things so well and never showed any fear.. and after I took the hair away it just seemed like I was just a little bit closer to him. Strange I know, but true. I think I look good bald, but my old man made it look classic. And like I said before, I was tired of having to hide thinning hair all the time. The worst part of being bald is that the hair keeps growing back lol
