The Wounded Warrior Project
« on: April 08, 2009, 06:21:24 PM »
One of the very few worthwhile performances from this week's Academy of Country Music awards program, and the highlight of the show, IMO. The audio and video recordings of this performance can be downloaded from iTunes.  Proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Project:

I've gotten away from country music in the last year because it's nothing but Pop music to me anymore............

But that was an incredible performance by Trace Adkins and the Service men and women.

Notice how he removed his hat at the end in deference to the Service men and women.

OMG..I'm lost for words and the picture on my monitor is getting a little fuzzy. I must have gotten something in my eye. God bless them all.
