Don't exfoliate the skin as it will irritate you. Moisturize the damaged skin as often as possible and let it naturally regenerate and NEVER EVER go unprotected!!

Let me be clear here.... I DIDN'T MEAN TO EXFOLIATE WHILE SUNBURNED!!!!!!

I meant to exfoliate as a regular part of yoour routine!!!!! O0

While on the subject,, Mike and other east coasters,, WHEN should I start with the sun screen? I haven't seen any signs of too much sun,,, yet.
