I also use an ice cube on the dome. I have found that it makes my head feel smoother.

Used ice just now.  I'm not against it but it drips too much and gets my kitchen and clothes wet.

After my headshave I apply a liberal shot of witchhazel, then rub with ice cubes and rinse with old water.

Ice cubes?  No way: just very cold water here: not brave enough to try the ice!! 8)

Us UK guys are just wimps under the surface!! :-[
