AMBASSADOR'S FITNESS GOAL
« on: March 05, 2009, 05:33:56 AM »
I have applied to join police force. Part of the selection process is the inevitable fitness test. I have joined the gym and I am really enjoying it. I am also surprised at how fit I am. Dont misunderstand guys, I couldnt run a marathon, but I am managing more that I expected too.  :)

Keep me encouraged guys! Thanks  O0

Congrats on your fitness discovery!! That has to feel good, definitely better than the alternative.
Good luck on the test!

Good luck.  I'm sure you'll do just fine.  You do have to be fit to pass the test, but it is quite do-able.

UPDATE!

Instructor at the gym said I was to let him know when I managed to jog 20 minutes on the treadmill. Managed it on Wednesday and told him this morning, Friday (which was my next visit). So he walks into the gym just as I was about to get on the treadmill and increases my speed. Hell, that guy is a taskmaster  :*))
