Huge improvement in losing both the weight and the hair.  Keep up the good work.   O0

Truly transformed!  Staying in shape and avoiding facial fat is key to looking good sly.  You truly look better without hair.  Great choice!

Great look on you!  You will forget about hair and I am sure you will not miss having to comb and style it!

Hard to believe it's you!  Fantastic accomplishment O0--could you post up the diet & exercise plan you used?  Some of us are always fighting the fact that food goes to waste, our waist  :D :D :D.

Well I have been working at it over a year. I was 6'4" and 340 lbs so I started with cutting out all drinks except water. Also cut out almost all fried foods. Started doing the eliptical at the gym for 30 minutes and walking on the track. I got down to about 300 lbs and plateau'd. So I started doing the spin class (where you ride the stationary bikes). I did that 4 times a week. By this time I was jogging some also. After I hit another wall, I signed up for a 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles). That has forced me to train. So now I weigh about 255 lbs and have a specific training schedule. Each week I log 4 hours of spin class, 20 miles of running (and increasing), 5 hours of raquetball, and 4 hours of weight lifting. Now with 16 hours or so of working out a week, I dont watch what I eat very closely (though I still drink only water). I am still losing 1-2 lbs a week. I am shooting for a final weight of about 230 and will be running my 1/2 marathon on April 25th of this year!

Damn, you're da man! O0   I'm trying to calculate what your calorie burn is and it's going to take some work.  Keep it up! O0
