So ive been doubting, ALOT if i should trim my hair (to about 3mm i think), ive never had short hair, always over 5 cm, and its currently about 20 cm.
Getting mixed reactions on my hair atm, and presonally i think its kind of annoying how i have my hair atm (since it gets infront of my eyes every now and then

)
So i want to trim my hair... but still very unsure if it will suit me..
here's some pics (sorry for the crappy quality

)

Without question, the long haired lapdog look is dated--unless it's still working well for you. Buzz to a 3 or 4, and if you like it go for the full monty. Another consideration, it's getting close to St. Baldrick's Day, your hair might be long enough to donate to a wonderful cause--think it over.

I say go for it...the cut is in your mind bro!
Now...would expect any other type of answer from a bunch of bald dudes that shave their heads smooth!
No big though...hair grows back!

St. Baldrick's is an excellent idea. It will give you an excuse (and an explanation to others) to shave it all off, and who knows, if you like the result, you can keep it. You are probably due for a change, so why not give it a try.

My main concern is that i might have a big forehead (or make it look big by trimming my hear)
And St. Baldrick's day is a great excuse

, saves me all the "why" questions.

Everyone worries about some aspect of the shape of the head, you're not alone in that. But look around, see any of us baldies w/ a big forehead--no. I've got unpublishable pictures though with the receding hairline and a forehead that went on forever--no problem for me as you can see.

Take advantage of the excuse, have some pictures made while you do the St. B act, and we'll have your back.

Exactly. A lot of people are worried that their foreheads are too big to look good with a shaved head. But shaving actually de-emphasizes the forehead.

I reckon a lot of guys think their forehead is too big (me included) but who cares? It's not as if we can chip a piece off to make it shorter, and sometimes the bit of hair on the top of your head makes the forhead look even larger than when its shaved smooth.
You can't expect us to say otherwise: we're a bunch of bald guys!!

Just try it and see

Well i looked around, and couldnt find any st baldrick events in the neterlands.
But i had it trimmed anyway.
Its not really "sly", but its a step in the right direction

its about 5 mm now

You're heading in the right direction, Basty. Looks good.
Do it as gradually as you need to.
