I'm anxious to see it but I have to tell you that the very early buzz I heard on it a month or so back was not very good.

My son really wants to see it,so I will take the chance. Just from the look of the special effects. I have to see it on the big screen.

2010-ish.  If you Google it, you'll see some of the preproduction sites.  Shakespearan actor/director Kenneth Brannagh (Henry V, Much Ado About Nothing, Professor Lockhard in Harry Potter, Gen. Tresckow in Valkyrie) is directing it.

I dig the genre and am looking forward to the movie.

And Thor was one of my favorites as a kid.

Anyone remember Metal Men? That'd make kick-ass movie -- especially the one where they battled the Polymer People!

I knew about it but I never read the comic. I was a big Marvel comic fan.

I am VERY excited for The Watchmen. The graphic novel was hands down one of the best I've ever read and what I've seen from the trailers looks spot on so far.

The Thor and Captain America movies (and the eventual Avengers movie) will hopefully be good too. I can't get excited until I see who they cast in those roles though.

Who ever they pick for Thor, will have to be one big guy. Here comes the geek in me.In the Ironman movie,in one scene when Tony is working in his lab.If you look at the table near him,you will see Captain America`s shield  on it.

I just got passes to see a sneak preview of Watchmen tonight through the radio station. I'll post a review (minus spoilers) either tonight or tomorrow.
